USA Visitor B2 Visa, a step by step guide

B2 is a non-immigrant visa issued to people entering the US temporarily for pleasure, tourism, or medical treatment.

If you want to get a B2 visa, read carefully, so you have to prove that:

  • Your visit will be temporary.
  • At the end of your authorized stay or any extension granted by USCIS, you will return to your home country.
  • You have a valid passport.
  • You have a residence abroad and have no intention of abandoning it.
  • You can cover all the costs for your trip while in the United States.

These are some of the requirements that you should consider if you want to obtain a tourist visa to visit the USA. We suggest you consult with your immigration attorney to make sure that your process is handled successfully.

First, you must start the application for the tourist visa, filling out the corresponding form. You must have on hand your passport, trip itinerary, and dates of the last 5 trips to the US, and abroad.

Next, you should have to request an appointment for an interview and visa issuing at your local embassy. You will have to prove that you want to enter the US temporarily.
