Reuben Clark Law Society and was recognized by the Nebraska Supreme Court for his outstanding pro bono service. His undergraduate degree in Political Science from Utah State University laid the groundwork for a lifelong dedication to public service.

As an associate attorney at Goldfein and Associates, and Direct Legal Counsel, Kenneth managed a large number of cases, providing timely and strategic legal guidance. His work included litigation support, contract negotiation, legal drafting, and risk mitigation. He has advised clients on both personal and business matters, tailoring strategies to meet specific goals and needs.
Prior to becoming licensed in New Mexico, Kenneth served as a law clerk at firms such as Bearnson & Caldwell and Brent Kuhn Law. In these roles, he focused on legal research, motion drafting, and client negotiations—experiences that shaped his meticulous legal approach and enhanced his courtroom readiness.
